Colin - I am cycling too. Where exactly are you meeting at in Herne Hill? I'm vaguely familiar with the route to Kingston then we just follow signage :)

Lizzie it's fine not to have a hat. I'll try and bring a spare if I can. Shall we meet Colin at 6:20 at lido and all cycle together!?

Also I'm keen to cycle down if you're still planning that Sam?!

Hi! I don't have a windrush swim hat - I have a very bright pink one though - is that ok for visibility? If I need windrush one, does anyone have a spare I could perhaps borrow? Thanks!!
