Session limit: 14 attendees
This session is focused on technique and base stamina with plenty of individual pointers to help you improve. If you felt your swim let you down in your races this year, or you want to get a PB next time around, these are sessions that will help you achieve those goals. We have two lanes to cater for a range of swimming abilities and speeds.
Show your digital membership card at reception to get let through.
To be guaranteed of a space please login and RSVP for the session (Monday 12pm is the cut-off for cancellations). If you cannot make a session please change your RSVP status to free up your place for someone else.
