Welcome to Windrush Sarah! We look forward to seeing you at a session soon!! Where you will be able to get lots of advice from fellow members. 38 of us are taking part in the Crystal Palace triathlon on Sunday - if you would like to come along to support / meet some members we are having a social afterwards in a local pub.
