Sorry, this message posted too quickly! If anyone is planning to go out for a long (approx 80 mile-ish) ride on Saturday morning I'd love to tag along. 12 weeks to Ironman and I'm not around Sunday so need to get a big ride in on Sat.

Hi there, I'm heading out to Kent with a friend tomorrow morning but will probably do around 50 miles. You're welcome to join us and finish your loop on your own, should be going past Cadence around 8.15.

I'm meeting a friend at Cadence 7:30 for an 80 mile ride.
