For anyone who hasn't done it, Hell of the Ashdown (HOTA) is a brilliant beginning of the season sportive over all your favourite Kent hills. It's a great kick up the bum to get you back into training after the winter (...I mean, to congratulate yourself on how well you did keeping the training up through the winter). It's really well organised by a local club and has lots and lots of cake. There's a different route and start point to check out this year.
Anyway, get your fingers on your buzzers because the entries open at 21:30 on 5th November 2015, and last year all the places went within about 24 hours.
(You have to put a start time, I think normally Windrushers start fairly near the beginning, but they're usually fairly flexible on the day).

That is fine Becky. Probably easiest if we all meet at the lido at 8am and load up there.
Colin,
I have a place that I am not going to use. I don't know what the rules are for swapping places but you would be welcome to it if that would work?
Jenny
Hi Jenny - that would be great if the names could be swapped around. Thanks for the heads up.
Let me know Tony and I can send the organisers my details.
Cheers
No problem, I'm glad it won't go to waste! Let me know if you need me to do anything, and if you send me your email address I can forward the info to you. My email is jenny_greig@yahoo.co.uk
Thanks Jenny - I'm on williams.colinroy@gmail.com

Hi Charles, Just wanted to check if you have space for a little one (and my bike obviously) in your car? I think you may be fully booked?!
Yes, I am afraid so Lisa. My limit is four people plus bikes (including me) and I have already got Clair, Jake and Becky coming along.
There may well be some other people driving to the start, so keep sending out feelers.
