Cost: Free

We will have 1 lane for our use. Come down after breakfast or the ParkRun.

This session will be uncoached, but a great opportunity to get in those distance swims, or just get used to the water without the pressure of a structured session.

Please only use our allocated lane.

Comment by Tony on April 5, 2016 at 10:04: There are lockers on the side of the pool but most people just don't bring too many valuables and leave their stuff on the side.

I think the lockers take £1 coins and at this time of the year when the water is fresher there isn't a problem finding a locker.

At reception you just need to tell them you have come to join the Windrush swim session and if you are unlucky the person will ask for your membership card - if it hasn't arrived yet your PayPal receipt for membership should do.

We always go for coffee/ cake / breakfast in the Lido cafe afterwards
