Hi all,
Just a reminder about the London League -http://www.triathlonengland.org/london/athletes/london_adults/londo...
It's a great series of races organised by clubs in London, so they're all local and well priced and the entry fees go back into local clubs. We did pretty well in the League last year and we want to try and keep that up this year, but please don't let the competitive side put you off, whether you're fast or slow it would be great to see loads of you at the races.
Round 1 was cancelled because of the poor weather on the bank holiday so the first race of the season is Kingfisher Aquathlon next Sunday in Morden, you don't even have to get up too early to do it and it's a pool swim. I'm already registered, let me know if you're going (I'd heard it had sold out but looks like its still open, but do it quick) - http://www.kingfishertriathletes.co.uk/kingfisher-aquathlon.html
If the below doesn't display too well, you can see more clearly here - http://www.triathlonengland.org/london/athletes/london_adults/londo...
Please do post below which races you're doing.

To echo Susan and Lucy these races are ace, a great atmosphere and a brilliant place to try out things you may want to test in a bigger more expensive race (like elastic races or a new transition set up).
Martyn and I are doing Crystal Palace and Thames Turbo on 30th and then London Field when it opens hopefully.
I'm also doing Ful-on Duathlon on 22nd, to make 3 races in 3 weeks! It is a good way of getting some training in.
We have 3 spaces in our car/roof top bike rack for Ful-on and 2 spaces for TT on 30th if anyone needs a lift. Ful on was pretty daunting last year but I learned lots from taking part and from listening to Rob and Charles and Tony for advice on cycling in windy conditions.
very worth taking part
