Great for building bike fitness without having to worry about the traffic!
We have 2 x 60 min sessions on a Wednesday. The first is a ‘brick session’ meaning it is followed by an optional run. You will be able to leave your bag with the coach during the run.
Show your membership card at reception to get let through (if you haven’t received your card yet ask to be let through).
Bring towel, fluids. Cycling shorts are suggested but not essential. The bikes have SPD MTB pedals or straps (to go over normal trainers).
This is a popular session so do make sure you have signed up in advance to be guaranteed a bike.
To be guaranteed of a space please sign up for the session (you must be logged in).
If you cannot make a session please change your RSVP status to free up your place for someone else.
If you don’t turn up / give less than 12 hours’ notice when cancelling twice in 1 month, you will not be allowed to attend this session again for the next 4 weeks. This ban will be posted on the website and in a message to your wall.
Please turn up on time, if you are more than 5 minutes late your place may be reallocated to someone who is waiting.
To check whether you are within the session limit, count the number signed up before you, starting from the bottom right corner.

Hi all I have switched to the 8.30 but i think there was one too many anyway so now everyone should have a space.
Hi, This week we will have a "led" brick run after spin. The plan will be to do a hill drill followed by a loop in the park. It would be great to get a couple (or even three) pace groups going as its always better/nicer to run together! You can of course also do your own run!
So dont forget your running shoes. we can leave things with the spin coach whilst we run! See you wednesday!
