Hi, Just seeing who else is going to Leeds.  I'm racing in the olympic distance on Sunday and planning on sticking around to watch the elites after (road side not grandstand).  My parents are coming so probably wont be out for any dinners etc. but if people are going let me know! Also make sure you're wearing Windrush kit so my parents know who to cheer for (it'll be a tall lady and a short man if you wonder why strangers are cheering over enthusiastically for you - although Dads Yorkshire so you might not recognise that he is being enthusiastic!).

See you in Leeds!

Hi Sam,

I'm doing the Olympic with a few others also. Looking forward to it! I'll certainly be wearing my Windrush tri suit. Hopefully see you there.

Hi Sam,

I am doing the Olympic too. I am going up on the Saturday and back on the Sunday in case anyone needs a lift.

Hi, i will be up there too although may now just be spectating so will cheer you all on:)

Good luck guys!!! Erica I hope you will be up to racing x

I'm there as well, and expect your dad to be wearing a 'sam's dad' tshirt so we can enthusiastically cheer him back with a dry Yorskshire scowl!

I've got grandstand tickets, anyone else?

Nice to know there's a good crew up there! I'm doing the Olympic on Sunday as well. Coffee and cake somewhere along the course to cheers on other athletes after?

I'm scared to look at the weather forecast in case it makes the sun go away and I have to swim in cold water!! Hopefully we have a lovely sunny Leeds day!  My wave start time is 8.10.  I'll try and look out for people and post where we are watching in the afternoon (it will be dependant on my parents). Looking forward to it now (even though I've definitely not done enough training!!)

I'm there too, starting at 8:08 so I'll see you at the start. Looks like it might be a bit wet up north this weekend!

Woo! I am there, starting at 7am. See you all there!

I will also be there, 08:04 block 18.. See you!

For anyone who is wondering about your shoes getting wet in T2 if it rains overnight, you are given a plastic bag that ties at the top that you can tie on to the rack off the floor. Not completely waterproof but at least they're not just out on the ground (definitely no roof tho, think more derelict building site!). The postcode for t1 doesn't exist anymore but just Google the international pool and you'll find it. Enjoying the randomness of it! Good luck all x
(sorry, meant postcode for t2)
