Hi all,

Next Thursday's track session is going to be a 12min Cooper's Test to establish personal training zones. Upon completing the test everyone can enter their result (total metres covered in 12 minutes) into the calculator linked below.

This calculator was created by Front Runner Sports Australia, which is the triathlon/running club I coached for while in Perth. Although you are free to use it and browse their blog posts for running tips, please do reference them if sharing anything from their website.
