Hi Guys,

I'm going to be doing a 70km ride, starting from Cadence at 8:30 if anyone is keen to join me? It will be medium pace and basically has everything you want on a ride - some super zoomy bits, a couple of cute ponds, a great climb (Toys) and cake at Chartwell National Trust tea room.

The plan is to then get the train back to East Croydon/Clapham from Hurst Green and be back around 1ish depending on how long the cake stop is. Let me know if you'd like to join me. You need to bring along with the usual stuff, your favourite ride song....

Great work Fran. And yes, great ride today even if I did detour into the nettles!

Lovely sunny ride today. Thanks everyone.
Looks like you had a great time riding in the sun

For our part after puncturing before and during the ride TO Crystal Palace and ending up pushing tandem to Cadence for a new tube...

So all it can be said is that if it's a sunny day for Crystal Palace tri the most difficult thing about cycling nine laps of Crystal Palace park will not be going up the hill nine times but the inconsiderate children running round after balls, balloons while eating ice creams and wilfully obstructing triathletes

Thanks everyone, I really enjoyed my first Windrush ride yesterday. A great way to spend a sunny Sunday,

Yes beautiful ride yesterday, thanks all! Feeling very relaxed today after a good dose of sunshine!
Slightly delayed, but another photo from yesterday's ride :D
