Seriously Ryan would you be able to give Haren, Margaret and myself a lift from the Lido to Shepperton at about 7.45?

I have just managed to wedge H's tandem into the MLCM for a race on Monday and errr... having got it in don't have the energy to try to get it out

Also great to be back at Shepperton- it really is a beautiful place to swim on a warm day
