Ellie Riley was also racing in the Ocean Lake Tri super series sprint and came 3rd lady overall!! wooop! well done ellie!

Highly recommend Deva as a race to do....it went so smoothly, organised fantastically, supportive marshalls everywhere, good crowd and a towel, medal and tshirt, plus many other race goodies!!

What kit are you going to be wearing Paul so we can pick you out in the blur of men and machines...

And of course there are rarely any crashes at the Nocturne ... well rarely...at least not every lap...unless it's been raining...don't drink that hooch you got for your spare bike parts until AFTER the event

Best of luck Nick and Becky and anyone else racing in Leeds this weekend, 1st stop Leeds, next stop Oz?....

And Hector who, for reasons known only to himself, will be doing a 12 hour TT on A roads round Newbury. 

And Paul C in the Nocturne. And of course Saffron in Denmark.

Representing Windrush in Europe! Just finished my first half ironman in Montpellier, really hard ride and run courses, just happy to have finished. My friend Steph in the pic did his on a fixie in 4h38! Did mine in under 6 hours (5h47) which was my aim, great event but man it was hot!

Well done Jake, great effort in the Montpelier summer heat. Your fixy friend is a lunatic, but I enjoyed the mental image of him pedalling at 130rpm round the bike course to keep up with the (geared) TT bikes...

Well done jake!! Awesome work!! Question on Steph...did he personally opt for the fixie or have no choice due to a mechanical etc?! 

Congrats to all the other Windrushers who raced this weekend who haven't shouted out! 

Bumped into Matt Curry at Leeds in his T1 (blame me for distracting you to say hello!!!) who did an awesome race!!
