Event Description

The 7th annual Sussex 'Original' Triathlon takes place on September 24th 2017 and is set against the stunning backdrop of one of the most attractive grounds in Sussex, Ashburnham Place. With an open-water lake swim, scenic, challenging bike section around the Sussex lanes and run through the stunning grounds of Ashburnham Place.

It will be the final triathlon race of the Windrush calendar for 2017 so one not to be missed out on. There will be camping, BBQs, support crews and post celebrations.

FAQs:

The race price for standard is £48 for BTF members and if we have 15+ members sign up you will get an 18% discount*
In order to qualify for the discount you must put WINDRUSH TRI CLUB on your entry
Please join the WINDRUSH TRI CLUB TEAM
There are three distances to race in: Sprint, Standard, Middle and also a relay option
Great race for those new to triathlon (post below if you need to find a wetsuit etc to borrow!)
Camping will be organised closer to the event - keep an eye on this post for further details

This is the our club standard distance champs race so we will be rewarding prizes to the first Windrush female and male.

*Discount rates are as followed (the club will reimburse you)
5-10 members each receive 6% discount rebate
10-15 members each receive 12% rebate
15-20 members each receive 18% rebate

I would highly recommend all Windrush members who participate in races to have BTF individual membership!
