New Event - Beginners’ bike technique and ride

Lucy our awesome head coach is going to host a coached bike technique session at Brockwell Park this Saturday!

it will cover basic bike handling skills, cornering, descending and ascending. It is aimed at beginners and those lacking confidence on the bike.

The session will be in the park and before the ParkRun.

If anyone is keen on then taking the group onto a un-coached road cycle just shout out below!

I'm interested but afraid i'm not around this saturday - would be keen to join for another session on a different day!

I'd be really interested in this if it's run again. I won't be able to make this Saturday as my bike is being repaired and not getting it back until late Saturday but would be interested next time!
