Hi Sarah,
This is an amazingly kind offer, thank you! I would love to join with my other half. Let us know what we should bring to contribute!
Also, annoyingly, I'm gluten intolerant, so pasta's not really my friend, but I'll bring a packed dinner for me to microwave or something, save you any unnecessary hassle!
Thanks again!

IN ANSWER TO YOUR QUESTION ABOUT CUT OF TIME - this is from the RACE PACK:

The official cut off time for the race is 15:10, which is 7hrs 30mins after race start of wave 8. There are no individual cut off’s for Swim and Bike, but after around 5.5hrs of racing, many of the bike marshals and Police Support will be pulled from the bike course to support the run area. If you wish to continue on the bike section, you may do so at your own risk and will continue to receive an official bike split right up to 7:30 if you so wish

Dear Sarah,

Thank so you much for this invitation. I would love to join with the better half Tom. I don't eat meat but I have occasional seafood ie tuna would be swell. I might bring a carby desert.

I have another query. I am pretty sure I have seen this somewhere in an email from organisers but is there a cut off time that I have to bear in mind for the race?

Hello Sarah, Like Ben we probably have not met, but i can confirm you are amazing.

Myself and Cat (supporter) would love to join the pasta crew. Harry

Oh wow Sarah thank you so much, so generous of you!  We'll all have to chip in of course.  Neil and I would love to come :)

Hi Sarah,

I don't think we've met but i'd love to take you up on the pasta offer.

Also, for others, i'll be driving up and have space for one. I don't have a roof rack so the bike will have to cram in the back.

Saying that, If someone has one of those bike racks that can clip on the boot I could take more people. It would need to fit a Mk4 Golf.

Cheers

Hi everyone,

I left London (and Windrush) a couple of years ago but am racing/crawling on 13th and looking forward to seeing old and new faces there! I now live 7 miles from the lake/campsite and in Windrush spirit, I'd like to offer a pasta dinner at my house on Saturday night for anyone who fancies it. There's lots of space for cars and bikes and would probably aim to eat at 6.30ish so we can all get an early night ready for an early start the next day. Racers and any supporters very welcome!

Please reply if you'd like to join and let me know

a. if it's just you or if you've got supporter(s) with you

b. if you've got any dietary requirements

Thanks :)

hi Becky - I am entered into this one also, so please add me to the Club list.
I heard from the organiser that all Windrush entrees are in Wave 4, however I did separately request a Wave 1 slot as I need to be back in London asap for a lunch do... but see you all down there! Quentin
