I need to test out my new Syntace clip on tri bars (yes, the RR of tri bars!)

I'll be doing a long steady ride tomorrow (Sat Aug 12) out to Windsor, then looping round to Maidenhead and Henley along the Thames before heading back to London. Should be around 160km, average pace around 27kph. Lunch in Henley.

Let me know if you want to join, leaving the lido at 9am. Should be back 2-3pm.

Shouldn't you be practising swimming really fast to outpace Greenland sharks in the Arctic Ocean next week?

If you can't outpace them can I have first dibs on those flash wheels you bought?

Well if you are going to get eaten it would be rather an honour to be consumed by a creature that is up to 500 years old!

I think JC might have something to say about who gets to use the ZIPP wheels in the case of my demise...

Cool! See you at the lido 9am tomorrow Raya

Hi Charles

I would be keen to join too if that's ok.

Cheers

Dermot

And these sharks wait until they reach the age of 150 before surrendering their virginity.

The type of self control sadly lacking in today's younger generation

Hi Raya. Thanks for waiting but I only got seen 10mins ago so I'm not even sure I'll be there for 9.30- they seem to be really slow today. Im gutted but I don't want to hold you up any longer.
