Hey all, quick one: I lost a pair of black Carrera sunglasses at Sarah's place on Saturday eve. I reckon I possibly left them in one of the cup holders of a camping chair so if anyone who brought one could check, I'd be really grateful. Thanks guys.

Hi I just thought I should say sorry for being a party pooper and not joining you all for dinner tonight,it's a really lovely gesture, I just get super nervous before events, especially as this is my first half( I'm nervous already!) so like to just hide away and be anti social. ( I'm not normally anti social!). But I'll see you all at the start no doubt and will wish everyone good luck. :)

Sarah - I know it's too late to add someone to the pasta party as you will have bought stuff but I'm bringing along a last-minute supporter - we will bring some food that we can all share but wanted to check with you it's ok to have another body at yours? X

Random question to those staying at the campsite, anybody taking a pump for a blow up bed?

Thanks Laura and Alex, It will only be me, so I will take you up on the lifts. Thank you.

Sarah Reynolds - Thanks for the update on the running course conditions. And it will be one less for pasta (Cat will not longer be coming to cheer us on).

Harry - I'm sure I could squeeze you in on the way back mate.

Harry we can take you there as Saffron is getting another lift. However we can't take you back. Hope that helps?

Hello all competitors, sorry for the very late in the day message.

I had organised to go with Ben in his car, but do to a change in plan I might not be able to utilise the seat. Also Cat might not be coming due to work commitments.

I was wondering before I book a train ticket if anyone has a seat in a car/van/etc that I might be able to occupy to get to the race and back. Laura & Edward are kindly transporting my bike, so it will just be me and some luggage.

Thanks Sarah, I'd been wondering which trainers to opt for!

Hi again, just thought I'd let you know that I just ran most of the course and there's lots of puddles/quite a bit of mud at the moment, so I'd recommend trail shoes if you have them...
