Apologises for Tuesday morning swim coaching - or rather no coaching
I am sorry for all those who turned up on Tuesday morning and there was no swim coach. This appears to be my fault as I had over looked arranging cover while I was on holiday. Be assured that Becky and I have the rest of the year covered.
I hope you used the time usefully and enjoyed a free swim.

I really enjoyed the swim.
I was going to propose some chasing / race starts / supersprints at the end in your honor but I don't think the people in the pool would have followed me!
