Session limit: 19 attendees

Great for building bike fitness without having to worry about the traffic!

Bring towel, fluids. Cycling shorts are suggested but not essential. The bikes have SPD MTB pedals or straps (to go over normal trainers).

Show your digital membership card at reception to get let through.

This is a popular session so do make sure you have signed up in advance to be guaranteed a bike. Please login and RSVP for the session (Wednesday 12pm is the cutoff for cancellations). If you cannot make a session please change your RSVP status to free up your place for someone else.

To check whether you are within the session limit, count the number signed up before you, starting from the bottom right corner.

Please turn up on time, if you are more than 5 minutes late your place may be reallocated to someone who is waiting.
