Cost: £5.00

Session limit: 14 attendees (if you are more than 5 minutes late you may find your space has been given to someone waiting and if you don't turn up you will not be allowed to attend the next session)

This session is focused on technique and base stamina with plenty of individual pointers to help you improve. If you felt your swim let you down in your races this year, or you want to get a PB next time around, these are sessions that will help you achieve those goals. We have two lanes to cater for a range of swimming abilities and speeds.

Please bring hydration, fins and pull buoy (if you have them).

Show your digital membership card at reception to get let through. 

To be guaranteed of a space please login and RSVP for the session (Wednesday 12pm is the cut-off for cancellations). If you cannot make a session please change your RSVP status to free up your place for someone else.

To check whether you are within the session limit, count the number signed up before you, starting from the bottom right corner.

I'm really sorry but I've got really delayed in work and don't think I'm going to make it in time. So sorry and especially as this is the last session. Really enjoyed these Weds eve swims. Thank you Anna and hope you're still coaching the lido sessions.

Hi all,

For the LAST indoor weds session before the summer, we'll be doing a timed 750m set (for those doing CP), followed by a number of technique focussed exercises - all the things we forget about about, turns, deep water starts, and as a taster for the summer, drafting, group starts and stuff like that. 

No need to bring any kit in particular :)
