I've written up the spin session from last night so if you're interested you can use it by yourself on the turbo trainer or a gym bike. It's a session working just below your lactate threshold so quite a high intensity so make sure you've got a good training base (or just take it easy).

It's a profile to celebrate women in sport for International Women's Day - even tho Triathlon is one of the few sports that is fairly equal at the top levels in terms of racing opportunities and prize money (with some notable exceptions, check #50womentokona), the rate of female particiaption through the sport is only 26%. Windrush has pretty much 50-50 gender split (go us!) but there's still lots more to do, hopefully Sport England's #ThisGirlCan campaign will go some way to helping to restore the balance...

OOh this looks great! I've been off injured, but am allowed to use my bike now (but not the spin ones as they aren't great for my knee) so will give this a whirl on the turbo :-)
