You know when you write something and then think did I really write that....

Ok I know lots of ways down to Brighton - the one I'm interested in goes via Dollies Tea Shoppe Mr Barclay ahem

If you are prepared to go at a steady pace I'd be up for joining you - we might want to start a bit earlier - say 8ish

Nobody mention this post to the neurological psychologist I am seeing at St Georges on Tuesday or they might not let me out (again)

8 am and steady sounds good to me!

Is this still happening? If so where do you want to meet as Anne and I will join.

Hope it's not too windy. It's 18-22 mph.
It's not 22 mph Deborah lol - it's steady - plenty of time for racing in the summer!!

I'm still up for it - meeting at Lido at 8 - you have my number if I'm not there

Plus bring £ for cakes in Dollies tea shoppe

I will wait at cadence!

8.10 at cadence?

10 minutes to cycle from the Lido to Cadence - who do you think is coming Chris Froome? ;-)

Yep Deborah has confirmed so no doubt gonna be made to cycle up College Road at a brisk pace

Running 5 minutes late

Well we made it to Brighton with Deborah redefining steady pace - but, Mr Barclay, Dollies still does exceedingly good cakes..,ok a personal worst up Ditchling Beacon but scope to improve
Photo evidence of Deborah's sprint to be first to the cake

Nice ride! Not the warmest or the fastest. But you know really good cake!
Anybody doubting the importance of cake check out what the Brownlee brothers do on their training ride in this video
