I am planning on riding out to do a loop in the stunning Ashdown Forest. I like starting early so will be at Cadence for 8am on Sunday. Let me know if you would like to join! Those doing the velodrome session could fit in the Paragon loop if they started at that time :-)

The route will be either 90km from Cadence, with a tea stop in a lovely tea rooms within an enormous garden centre at Wych Cross and then loop up past Hever to get the train back from Hurst Green, OR if we ride back, around 115km going up Brasted Hill instead of Star Hill to make it slightly less epic. The route is hilly and I guess the average speed will be around 22-23kmh.

I am up for it. Riding back. Pending bike fixed!

I'm keen for this! For the 90km option, what sort of time do you think you'll be back in brixton?

This sounds Awesome Laura! Would love to join - Alas I need to ride tomorrow and going to try for a little longer and faster! Enjoy! Im keen for you to share this route if you have it saved somewhere though - sounds awesome and would love to try. Raya

Awesome! Well it depends on how long we have on the tea stop. I guess 4 hours riding time and another hour for tea and general stopping at junctions and to pee, so at the train station for 1-1:30ish. The train is then half an hour to Clapham Junction.

We will also go past Weir Wood Reservoir where you can do open water swimming - maybe we can stick our heads in to have a look!

If I get up early enough ( I am not a morning person ), ill come along, if I am not at Cadence by 8 am then my bed has won the battle for a little lie in before heading out !!
