Thank you and farewell coach Rich!

Just want to say a big thanks to Coach Rich (who has been leading the Thursday track sessions!)

He is off to the land of chocolate (Switzerland) and to set up winter ski school and summer tricamp for Windrush (this might not be true but we would all go if he did!) and to get married...!!
