Ooh this sounds mega fun. I might be keen. How hardcore is it in terms of running Laura? I'm a little out of practice...

Yay! Sign up soon as they sell out. The first 4 bits of running are very chilled and everyone stays together. It's very sociable. The last run is 10km and split into 3 pace groups so you can run how you feel.

Ok I'm in!

Is this all done in trisuit?
No, you wear winter running kit and change into a different swimming costume (if you have 4!) each time. You have a running rucksack with you for swim 1 and 2 with the first 2 costumes and travel towel and then a bigger rucksack that goes in the van that you transfer stuff into and keep your warm clothes for the end. Changing at 3 of the swims is inside but it's outside at the Serpentine so bring a towel that can cover a bit!
Excellent, we have a WR team!

Same - this looks great, but I'm not a distance runner by any means!
