Hello! I am organising 2 Metric Ironmans (men?) as part of my training for IM Copenhagen. The idea is that you can practice doing a long distance with the right nutrition without the intensity and $$$ of a 70.3.It’s a bit longer than a half: 2.4km swim , 112km bike, 26km run.
