Hi Chris, actually I think that's about right as that gives me a 750m of 19.30 which is about right. The quickest I've done 750m is 19.44 and the slowest is 22! I will do another one though as I was very tired yesterday for a variety of reasons so I'm sure I can do better. Thanks for your help!
