Hi Chris. Unfortunately, as you have been a late drop out twice in the past 4 weeks you are now banned from the Wed spin session for the next 4 weeks. We ask everyone to confirm by 12pm on Wed whether they can make it to prevent there being empty bikes that other club members could have taken. Full details on the events page. Sorry!

Yep, you have to be quick off the mark on Monday night or Tuesday morning to get a place on the Wednesday spin/brick session.
