Audrey cannot unfortunately make it tonight but we will still have a session on the bikes for 60 - 90 minutes.
Bring a towel, energy drink and maybe something to eat for those staying for 90 mins.
Alternatively, do a set on the bikes and then go for a run either on the treadmill or outside.
Essential training session so see you later

Hi everyone
We thought it was about time we all got together outside of our cycling shoes and speedos for a friendly beer!
One of our regular swim session members Rob has suggested the Half Moon Pub (on half Moon Lane in herne Hill) on Wednesday for a rollapalooza event.
It looks a bit of fun and if you're having withdrawal symptoms from missing the normal Wednesday swim session, you can perhaps have a go and challenge another…

Hi Guys
Apologies for the delay in getting back to all of you regarding the committee positions we discussed previously. Firstly, thanks all for your interest and showing your commitment to the club. We can't do it alone and need as many people as possible to help out.
Over the last few weeks, we have been identifying club objectives and what the priorities are over the next few months so this process has taken slightly longer than…

Tonight's JAGS swim is being moved back to 20.15 - 21.15. It will remain at this time until further notice.
Please rest assured that we are trying to secure another more convenient time slot and will let you know of this in due course.
Many thanks

Guys
Following Tristan's departure into married life, and training in warmer climes, we are delighted to announce that we have a new coach on board - Jonathan Hotchkiss.
Jonathan will be on board for the Tuesday swims at the lido for the next few weeks and the wednesday brick bike/run sessions. . . and possibly more. Please do come down tonight and tomorrow for some great training and to learn from an experienced athlete. The lido pool will remain open for the…

Hi Windrushers
We are busy trying to secure pool time to replace the lido pool over the winter period to complement our Friday swims at JAGS.
We have tentatively secured Crystal Palace 50m pool on a Monday night at 20.30 for an hour which is great news (thanks to Sue and Louise for this). We are hoping that this will form an important part of the winter training schedule.
Before we go ahead and confirm things though, it would be good to gauge…

Hi Guys
I'm selling my wetsuit if anyone is interested. I've always felt it was slightly too small for my height and so I need a new one. It's served me very well and just needs a new owner now.
In great condition - only a few minor cosmetic marks on the shoulder, and ideal for someone needing a mid range suit for the triathlon season.
I would like £75 for it. (Wiggle is selling them for £234)
Ideal for someone 5ft 5 to 5ft 9 and…

Guys
Tomorrow's swim session will be Rich Foulerton's last session at the club. Most of you may not know Rich (as quite frankly he doesn't leave much of an impression), but for those who do know him he's been a big part of the club since its inception a year ago.
Rich is upping sticks and moving to the countryside (Guildford) and so will only continue as an honorary member of the club. Rich has been a big part of helping to set the club up and many of you new…
