5 Week Sussex Triathlon Training Plans

Are you looking to complete your first Triathlon at Sussex or need some help on getting you race ready?

We have a 5 week training plan to help guide you along your exciting journey to that finish line.

Plan highlights:

  • 5 week training plan delivered via TrainingPeaks
  • The plan includes sessions from the Windrush training schedule, helping you keep training social and guide you to what sessions to be doing and when
  • Additional bonus training sessions to do in your own time
  • Lots of Club support along the way

5 week training plan costs just £35 and can be purchased via the club shop starting 27th July.

I've finally signed up now, yay! A few days late as I only got back from holiday on Monday night. Not sure what happens next or how to access it though - I've got a receipt, so assuming I'll get an email with further instructions in due course? (Again, sorry for the dumb newbie questions have never used Training Peaks before)
