With the current Coronavirus situation the club is paying close attention to the daily changes advised by Public Health England and the NHS. To ensure we can keep ourselves, our team mates and the wider community as healthy as possible please follow all guidance from public health advice  foreign travel advice,   NHS website and  WHO websites

  • As always don’t come to training or social events if you are unwell (if you wake on on the morning feeling unwell we may be able to offer refunds – please contact the session coach)
  • If you have returned from any countries deemed at risk you will need to self-isolate as per the government guidelines (this means not leaving the house – even for a run! So stick to your turbo training or S&C, luckily we have lots of Whatspp chats to keep you entertained!)
  • We recommend you should always wipe equipment down both before and after (S&C and spin) – maybe with a bit more enthusiasm than usual!
  • And of course wash your hands, catch your coughs and sneezes and bin them!

We recommend in terms of races to follow the organisers social media and email updates, it may also be worth looking at your insurance policy. 

Our coaches are in touch with British Triathlon and we will share all news as we get it along with if anything changes with regards to venues and training.

In the meantime keep healthy and be kind to others.
