Looking forward to training and competing in London...bit of a change from Cornish geography. Keen cyclist and runner, haven't swam seriously for many years...keen to put it all together for my first a Triathlon.

Not been able to get to the meet ups, but I will be about for the AGM 23 Oct. What is available before this event (e.g. swim, spin, run?) and where is the meeting and at what time please? Hoping to get back into the training and make some new friends as well.
