I've done a couple before. I don't even pretend to be competitive but it's usually a good day out, new scenery, good organisation etc....

Thanks. Happy new year. Running is coming along good. I can do a hf mara for breakfast. Not been in the pool or on a bike for nine weeks tho, so the training starts now.
Crystal palace is always a laugh so I'll sign up
