Swim Technique Analysis Offer for Windrush Members

Would you like to improve your time and save energy in the swim?
Video analysis both above and below the water, combined with our coaching expertise, provides a complete understanding of your swim stroke and the key areas for improvement.

With a maximum of four swimmers per coach and only twelve swimmers on each course, you are assured personal attention as we cover the following key coaching points:

  • Two 60 minutes swim technique sessions with video analysis
  • Full analysis of your key limiters and areas to improve
  • 90 minute theory session covering swimming fundamentals and multisport techniques
  • Land based session covering functional flexibility and strength exercises
  • DVD of your individual stroke


Dates and venue

Dates are on Saturday 22 January 2011 and Saturday 26 February 2011. They run from 1:00pm to 4.30pm.

Our venue is Ernest Bevin College in South West London which has a newly built 25m pool and changing areas as part of the exceptional facilities which have led it to be named a London 2012 Olympic Training Venue.

About the Coaches

Stuart Brown represented Great Britain as a professional Triathlete at the Europan and World Championships. He has been involved in competitive Swimming for 19 years and Triathlon for 15 years, during which time he has been fortunate to work with some of the top coaches and sports scientists in both Swimming and Triathlon.

As a fully qualified ASA coach, fully qualified BTF Triathlon Coach and with a degree in Sports Performance and Coaching from the University of Bath, Stuart has a tremendous breadth of coaching knowledge and experience. He has coached over 1500 first-time triathletes, two Triathlon World Champions, Ironman qualifiers, Channel Swimmers and Olympic competitors.

Will Usher has competed in over 100 triathlons and duathlons ranging from local sprint distance to two World Championships, placing third in the British team on both occasions. Originally a swimmer, Will competed to National level and then moved over to triathlon at university, quickly establishing himself in the sport. Will has now been competing at a high level for over 10 years
