Training sessions update for LOCKDOWN II starting 5.11.2020

Due to restrictions group sessions are cancelled during lockdown. Please ensure you follow all Government, British Cycling and British Triathlon guidance when training.

To try and help keep us motivated and training together we have introduced a buddy scheme. Please find out more about it on the session links on the event calendar.

Lockdown training schedule:

Pilates - Rachel online £3 (8.30-9.30pm)

Turbo - Alex R/Nick F online £3 (7.30-8.30pm)

S&C - Audrey online £3 (7.30-8.15am)
Social running buddy member meet-up (6.45-8.15pm)

Virtual (optional buddy) running intervals - Audrey online £3 (7.30-8pm)

S&C + Social (optional) - Nick online £3 (7.30-8.15pm)

Zwift race league - TBC

Buddy cycling member meet-up (8.30am onwards)
Yoga - Rachel online £4
