- Swim Squad - New addition to help make you a faster and stronger swimmer (all speeds welcome!)
Friday:
- Strength and conditioning
- Swim course: Back to basics (Jan-Feb)
- Swim course: Advancing your technique (Feb-Mar)
Sunday:
- Various seminars (How to use training peaks and nutrition coming up in Jan!)
Additional coached training sessions
- Natural running form workshop (5th Jan)
- Cycling skills (6th Jan)
- Off road running and cycling (TBC)
Windrush training plans are launching the 6th January!
