Happy New Year to you all!

We've been thinking about how we can we help to welcome new members to the club in these strange times!

The idea is to connect each new member with an existing member in the club, who has registered their interest in being a Tri Buddy.

The Tri Buddy will be able to answer any questions that the new member may have, or point them in the right direction if they can't answer themselves. The Tri Buddy and new member may also arrange to go for a run/swim/cycle together, in line with current Covid rules:

The idea is simply to:

-Aid communication in the club in these strange times
-Make new members feel less daunted about joining and being involved in the club
-Make the club more accessible

I'll be allocating on a regular basis and will put new members in touch with their Tri Buddy via WhatsApp (or other similar means).

To comply with GDPR, you must respond to an email to confirm that you are happy for us to share your contact details with your Tri Buddy
