You (the members) have been telling us you want more to help you train and achieve your goals throughout the season in addition to the Windrush Training Sessions. So we have created an exciting new weekly training plan to help structure your training.

Reminder if you are keen to add some structure to your training, the Windrush Training Plans are a great way to plan your training.

We have both Standard Distance and Middle Distance plans which are also tailored to support Windrush training sessions.

Hi Ana

The sessions are only available to sign up to a week in advance so they shouldn't be showing as full, just not yet open to sign up. For Wed spin the session should open to sign ups very early on Thursday morning. It is a very popular session so you will need to sign up pretty early on Thursday to get a spot (it's first come first served) but sometimes people pull out as the week progresses or on the day so keep your eyes on the website and on the cycling whatsapp group.

Becky or Colin M should be able to provide more help if needed.
