Hi guys

Massive thanks for your feedback on the survey we sent out, we have used it to compile an events plan which we hope will cater to the majority.

The vague basis for the plan is around building to half marathon mid march, or Manchester or London marathons in April with some off road components too

So dates for your diary for running fun....

Suggest for the races get entered early, they are all likely to sell out, hence us getting them planned now!

There are a few other things people are keen to do, so if you are planning on doing them and fancy some company please post on here or the what app group

  • Hill reps training/ another running session in the week (uncoached)
  • Weekly long runs focusing on building distance- this will be useful for 1/2 marathon and full marathon training, and routes can be planned for different start times/ meeting location dependent on pace or distance you want to cover. 

Obviously there are loads of options out there for races, so please keep sharing any plans- and if you are going for a run and fancy company there is probably someone in the same boat.
