Looking forward to cold, clear, crisp autumnal weather on Sunday, perfect for a long ride to Brighton and part way back (120km or thereabouts). Good morning Charles. At the moment it looks a bit milder than it has been, overcast, with a possible shower. For me, that sounds better than I expected skating/skidding. See you 9am then.

Thanks Charles. All paid.

Thanks for the advice on flights. Are you all getting the same flight over or each planning to do your own thing? Do you know what checkin/out times are at CLS?

Will do! I supposed it's good practise for Ironman - early start and poor sleep - can't always have perfect conditions (and extra hours in bed if you are still tired!)
