Fancy doing an early season Tri.... This Sunday?

If you're looking for an early season Tri to get your session started, maybe a super sprint before you try a sprint later in the year, or a warm up race ahead of your goal races, then Bicester tri…Continue

Vote now for Summer S&C sessions

From June S&C sessions will be moving outdoors, yey! They will be mostly body weight and mobility  based exercises which will be great for keeping you injury free but not heavy enough to get in the way of your summer training. If you’re interested in taking part please fill in the attached vote so we can choose which session goes ahead. The options are based on coaches availability. Brockwell sessions will be in the park, most likely up in the middle and should give you enough time to get to…See More

No pilates

Hi guys, Sorry, no pilates this week, Rachel cant make it, and we've tried but not been able to get cover, and me and Becky will both be at a committee meeting so we cant cover. The room is still booked, so if you fancy heading down anyway to nudge each other into getting your weekly pilates fix then go for it (the session would obviously be uncoached, but enough of you should know some exercises to remind the others of), post on here if you're going, Lucy See More

If you're looking for an early season Tri to get your session started, maybe a super sprint before you try a sprint later in the year, or a warm up race ahead of your goal races, then Bicester tri could be the race for you. There's still places, not sure when it will close (and guess there's a risk all the late entries will be grouped together for the swim), it's got a sprint or super sprint, easy to get to on the train and sprint doesn't start til 10, super sprosp is later. I'm planning on…See More

its a really well organised 3 day ride (or in their words, the biggest multi stage cyclosportive in the UK) in a beautiful part of the world, with great food stops and well organised routes. A group of us did it last year and I found it pretty hard work but really rewarding. There's so many people on the course you can ride at your own pace, you'll always find someone to ride with. …See More

Membership cards

Firstly if you have a membership card, please make sure that you show it to get entry to training (incl Saturday swim) at venues such as the Lido which ask to see it.

If you have joined but dont yet have a membership card please try and come along to one of the following sessions to pick one up (just let Lido staff know you're there to pick up your card and they should be fine to let you through):

- Saturday swim - swim captain Simon Markall should be there with cards

Can't see you favourite training session online yet?

If you're looking to book a training session and can't see it online yet it's probably because it's a session that is still booked via the forum.
It's only sessions on trial on our new session booking site (velo, spin, Thurs am swim and S&C) that are live now.

From Monday 5/2, every Windrush training session will be managed through MyClubhouse. Remember, events on MyClubhouse open for…

Hi Lucy,

Thanks again for the Beginners Bike sessions the past two weeks! You, Debra and Lois were so incredibly helpful - each week I am feeling much more confident. Looking forward to next week's Richmond Park ride and hope you will continue to hold Beginners sessions in the future!

Thanks,

Alison

Hello, this is sent to all Saturday swimmers. Please read this post and follow the rules:

http://www.windrushtri.co.uk/forum/topics/windrush-saturday-swimming-official-complaints

Therefore it is IMPERATIVE that you follow these two rules for Saturday swimming:

a) You must ONLY swim in the ONE LANE allocated to us from 09:45-10:45.

b) You must ONLY wear the YELLOW WINDRUSH CAP. If you don't have a cap you need to buy one before you swim at this session. Neil the kit coordinator will be selling them at swimming sessions. No Windrush cap, no swim.
