Races planned for 2015? Flagging energy? Struggling to lose weight? Nagging injuries or persistent colds?
If any of these ring bells for you then it may be time to learn how to master the fourth discipline of triathlon – nutrition.
Eating the right foods at the right time is crucial to support your training regime so that you have the energy to maintain a high level of activity and recover fast – this is especially important in endurance multi-sports such as triathlon. Being able to go out and train in all weathers, day in day out, whilst maintaining good health and staying injury-free, can be done with some careful planning. Timing your nutrient intake can make a big difference in your overall performance and recovery and help you reach a healthy weight, not to mention knocking some serious time off your PB on race day.
As your dedicated Windrush Nutritional Therapist I can help you make the right decisions for you, to help you to your next race and beyond.
All Windrush members are entitled to 20% off the usual consultation fee but in January, I am offering an extra 10% off the first consultation.

Just emailed you- need all the help I can get with this marathon looming : )
Just to say that I hired Caroline to develop a plan for me to help with inflammation caused by arthritis. Just making a few changes had a big effect and since getting back on her plan after my 12 days of Christmas feasting I'm certainly contributing my ability to do longer runs in great part to getting the nutrition right.
As I speak a batch of Caroline's amazing granola is baking in the oven. Worth a consultation just to get a copy of the recipe!
Can't wait for mine plan!!! I am already seeing myself on MensHealth Magazine front cover after this program
