Beginners ride next Sunday 17th July

I will be leading a beginners ride next Sunday, July 17.

No one gets left behind and plenty of stops to regroup. Puncture repair kit / spare tube essential, knowing how to use it isn't !

Meet at the lido car park 8.30 am sharp.

We will  ride out on the Paragon route through Crystal Palace West Wickham Tatsfield Cudham Downe and back to the lido. Its a lovely route out into the Kent countryside.

Oh no! I was in no fit state to spot you unfortunately (but I was certainly in need of coffee and cake)! Thanks so much for the ride Ian (I owe you cake), it was really good. Hopefully I won't hold you back next time. Lovely to meet everyone.
