Dust off TT bikes 100km+ 20 May Winchester

Raya and me will be heading out for a 100km+ route around Winchester on Sat am. Although it means an 1hour train journey from Clapham Junction, the USP's are:

  • Low traffic
  • Nearly no suburbs
  • Fewer potholes
  • Gentle hills (TT bike friendly)
  • Even more genteel villages
  • WAITROSE farm shop tea rooms (an many more)! 

We are aiming to get a bit of speed on, say 25km/h, perhaps faster. If we are enough people, we can split up a bit. This is meant to be an enjoyable but focused training ride.

Train at Clapham Junction sometime between 8 and 9 for now, I'll confirm. If we have enough riders, I can organise a group ticket.

Train time confirmed, 8.12 from Clapham Junction (meet 8 am at Ticket Hall outside Joy shop front)

Gesine - Shall we skip the Winchester route and join Laura/Hannah from Cadence to cycle down to Kent?
