Never quite find the time to do all of those exercises you know you should be doing? Feel like you have great technique but are still quite weak? Pick up injuries too often? Then the S&C sessions are for you! It will be a great way to start your Fridays!
The session is for all abilities and is aimed at helping you to strengthen the muscles used in triathlon and helping you to avoid the injuries common to triathletes.
A typical session will include:
What the session is not! - A generic HIIT session that you can do in your local gym. You will (probably!) not be dripping in sweat by the end of this session but your muscles will definitely feel like they have had a thorough workout!
Show your digital membership card at reception to get let through.
To be guaranteed of a space please login and RSVP for the session (Thursday 9pm is the cut-off for cancellations). If you cannot make a session please change your RSVP status to free up your place for someone else.
To check whether you are within the session limit, count the number signed up before you, starting from the bottom right corner.

yup, hairdryers, and lovely pool for anyone who can stay on.
I'll be giving out membership cards in the session for anyone who still needs a card.
Yes there are hairdryers there. And the showers are actually quite decent too :-)
Anyone know if there are hair dryers at the sports centre? Got to do a presentation on fri morn and the just out of the shower wet hair look won't cut it!
