One of the best ways to get faster and enjoy your training is to stay injury free. 

Come along and hear from club physio and vastly knowledgeable Nic Roberts on how to stay injury free through your training and racing. She's been responsible for  successfully getting many Windrushers back on their feet.

That should say "see you there". It's a bit early to actually be there although I do plan to go early and pretend to work! 

Are we ok to order food as well ? this could be the deal maker or breaker for me. I honestly can't be asked to cook tonight.

Thanks again to Nic for the super helpful workshop last night. Whilst some of us will be now focusing on re thinking our training , dusting off the foam rollers and thinking if we're getting enough strength and conditioning in, others will be focusing on whether they are getting enough rest (mentioning no names, but someone was eagerly making notes at this point of the discussion!) .
