Change to parkrun format

As parkrun has become more popular some courses have become very crowded. To try to counter this some parkruns are going to move to a 10k format to try to create more space.

Not sure running up that hill in Brockwell park would be so much fun the fourth time?

I heard they were going to add in 100m in the Lido.  That would cut down numbers.
