Bike Box for Italy - 18th to 25th September
Hey everyone,
I’m going to Italy next week for the Ironman. Does anyone have a bikebox they would be willing to lend me from the 18th to 25th to help me out?
Training has been going pretty well but I have done some calcs and if I do not have a bike my time will be quite badly affected.
I would take very good care of it, will obviously collect and return from your door, and will buy cakes and beer for you in return!

Charles doesn't eat cakes by the way...
It's a bit of a (slight) risk but when going to Italy I have packed my bike up in an old cardboard bike box off Balfe's - surrounding it with a load of old blankets and other stuff.
When it was time to come home a bike shop in Catania donated an old cardboard box - they even did a brilliant job of wrapping the bike up in various bits of protective plastic etc
