Lanza training camp 2020: final list and payment

Hi there Lanza-goers,

I need to finalise the list of people going to Club la Santa Feb 29 - March 8 and pay the balance due to CLS at the beginning of December.

Please check the list below to make sure you are on it if you think you are going. Those who have dropped out are shown in brackets. There may be one replacement person, but this is not yet confirmed.

Those who have dropped out will probably not get their deposits back because we will have to cancel one of the 5 person flats and try to get an additional two person flat, which costs more per head. I'm afraid that the deposits can only be returned if the empty slots are all filled.

Once you have checked you are correctly on the list, you need to do the following:

PM, text or email me with the following details:

1 email address

2 your mobile phone number

3 emergency contact name and number

4 your date of birth

5 confirm whether you are on the Easyjet flight from/to Gatwick (so that I know numbers for transfers)

6 confirm whether you are bringing your own bike or not (so that I know how many bikes for transfers)

7 transfer the balance due to my account: £289.20 per head

Please make sure the money is transferred before Dec 7 at the latest.
